Parish Birthdays – Happy Birthday to Peter Davies


Today we are keeping as St Luke’s tide. There will a healing service with compline at St Bart’s at 7.30pm this evening. All welcome.

Commemoration of the Dead Sunday 3rd November will be our annual All Souls service at St Mary’s at 6pm. If you would like us to remember someone by name, please write their names clear on the sheets at the back of Church. If you ask for someone to be remembered please take responsibility for attending the service.

East End Women’s Museum Workshop the museum will be holding at workshop at St Bart’s on Thursday 31st October at 1pm including creative writing dream visit, collage and mapping activities. All are welcome.

Bible Study We are holding our next BIBLE STUDY on Monday 28th October at 11.30am. This day and time worked well last time, so we’re trying it again! Please invite others you know.  They don’t have to be Parish Members or even Church goers. The more we have, the more regularly we can hold meetings.

Concert of music composted by and in memory of Francis Bassett the concert will be on Saturday 9 November at 7.30pm at St Barnabas Church, Browning Rd, E12 6PB. Entrance free, donations, which will go to charities supported by Francis, are invited.

Deanery Congress on Monday 9 December at 7.30pm at All Saints, west Ham with Bishop Peter, Archdeacon Elwin and Jeremy Frasier (Bishop’s Advisor for Mission). The Bishop would like all church wardens and parish treasurers to attend and there is strong encouragement for as many people as possible to be there. Please save the date.
