However, a number of people will be going by car and the journey is straight forward by train. The service is at 1.30pm at Chelmsford Cathedral.Sunday 15th September will be Marco’s first Eucharist in the Parish as a Deacon and so it will be a joint service at St Bart’s. All are welcome.

A Chance to Feedback your Experience at your GP surgery

at St Bart’s on Thurs 19th Sept between 11am and 1pm.

Community Links has been commissioned by the Newham Health Collaborative to carry out surveys to gain GP patient experience feedback from across Newham. aim to sample a minimum of 20 patients from each practice over the next 9 months. We hope to gather valid and genuine feedback and to explore some of the issues that patients might be more reluctant to discuss directly with their practice. Surveys should take around 5 mins to complete.

The Sultan and the Saint film show on Saturday 21 September at St Bart’s at 3.30pm. 2019 is the 800th anniversary of St Francis of Assisi and the Sultan of Egypt meeting unarmed on one of the bloodiest battlefields of the crusades to try to find common ground and prevent a humanitarian disaster. This film show, organized jointly with some of our local friends from the local mosque, will be followed by food and a conversation about what we can learn from these two men of faith for today’s world. All welcome.

Bible Study Monday 23rd September at 11.30am.
