Today we welcome Tommy Foster-Duffy and his friends and family to his baptism at St Mary’s.  Please keep Tommy and his family in your prayers.

Bart’s Café News Tuesday 28 August at 1.30pm is BINGO. All are welcome.

May would like to thank everyone who came along to her recent retirement party and for all the lovely cards, gifts and good wishes she received. 

2nd September, next Sunday, is St Bart’s Patronal Festival.  There will be a joint parish eucharist at 10am at St Bart’s followed by refreshments, all are welcome.

16 September joint parish Eucharist at St Mary’s, first Eucharist as Deacon of Rev’d John King.  We will be keeping this as holy cross.

Barn Dance on Saturday 8 September at St Bart’s – tickets available from the Parish Office or the usual suspects in church !  Selling fast !!

Bridge Club - A café customer is interested in joining/setting up a Bridge Club at Bart’s.  If anyone is interested, please let Shirley or the office know.

Praying On the Way A series of study sessions on using different prayer traditions to build our confidence and experience. Quiet Day this year the Quiet Day at Haggerston will be on Saturday 6 October, more details to follow.


St Mary’s DCC is Wednesday 3 October at 7.30 pm in the Parish Room.

St Bart’s DCC is Sunday 9 September at 11.30am in the Luke Room.
