APM & APCM are today. Please consider prayerfully if you are called to stand for your Church’s DCC or the PCC.

St Mary’s A big thank you to all who attended the Easter services and who worked so hard to make the church look lovely.

If you’re interested in taking a coach to John’s ordination on 15th September – please let Laurine know as we need to gauge interest before booking a coach for the evening.

Today is a shortened service and we will have refreshments in the church to allow us to move ahead with the APM & APCM.

St Bart’s The next confirmation class will be 22nd April.

St Bart’s Café It has become clear from the accounts that the café is making a substantial loss in excess of £20K in 2017.  We have always been committed to supporting it, even at a small loss, a loss of this magnitude is not sustainable.  Feelings about this issue have been high

and so there will be an open meeting, externally facilitated, by Rev Paul Regan on Thursday 19th April at 7pm at St Bart’s to enable as many people as possible to express their views and to find a way forward.  Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested.  If you would like to come, and need transport, please contact the office and we will try to match up cars with those needing lifts.

Next Sunday is a Joint Parish Eucharist at St Bart’s, president and preacher is Bishop Stephen.  Please support this as we continue to celebrate the Easter Season with our Diocesan Bishop.  Refreshments afterwards.

Annual Parish "Christian Aid Week" Concert - Saturday 12th May, 3-5.30pm, St Edmund's Church, Katherine Rd, Forest Gate. Tickets on sale soon £7 (£3 under 12s). If you'd like to play, sing, recite, dance or perform, please let us know by Sunday 29th April. Ed (St Edmund's), Alison (St Mary's), Parish Office (St Bart's).

Archdeacons Visitation Service Tuesday 22nd May at 8pm at St John the Baptist Leytonstone, 823 High Road, E11 1HH.  Church wardens both outgoing and incoming are required to attend.  It is a good idea for DCC and PCC members to attend.  All are welcome. If you need a lift, please contact the office.
