PARISH BIRTHDAYS     HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Caroline Tellis and Ben Davies

Thank you to all who supported St Edmund’s Lent Lunches, we have sent £150 to support the Bishops Lent Appeal.

A big thank you to all who helped make last Sunday so successful. It is always difficult to thank everyone, but I would like to particularly thank Sarah for organizing the East Egg hunt after the service, which the children loved, and also for providing the food and wine. Also, Colin and Jean for the wonderful Easter Garden and all those who helped clean up the Church on Saturday. Finally, Terry Hooker for “sponsoring” the hot cross buns. Quintin.

Thank you to the St Bart’s café team for another great quiz night and supper ! Watch out for the next one in June.

St Bart’s Informal Prayer Group

Picturing the Parish The study day in September will look at St Matthew’s gospel through the lens of urban settings. We have been asked to take a series of photographs that express what it’s like to live in East Ham. If you’d like to get your camera out and have a go, that would be great, we can probably manage to print your photos in the office.
