St Mary’s Patronal

Thank you to all who opened up the church yesterday and helped with the preparations for our Open Day & Patronal Weekend. We extend a very warm welcome to Sister Judith from Haggerston Priory who is preaching this morning. At 6pm tonight there will be evensong led by John King.

Do please join us for tea, coffee or a glass of wine in the church hall after this morning’s service.

Everyone is welcome.

St Mary’s there are booklets at the back of the church from St Paul’s Cathedral and the Barking Programme for adult learning for next autumn – please help yourself.

Parish Bible Study will be held at St Bart's at 4pm on Sunday 30th July.  We will study Matthew 14:13-21 

All are welcome to attend. Please bring your bible.

St Bart’s Informal Prayer Group

Apologies this has been a while but our next prayer group will be on Sunday30th July in the chapel after the morning service. These sessions remain flexible and open to suggestions and people’s needs. If you are

unable to join us for the session, but have a prayer request, please either pin it on the prayer board or tell Shirley.

St Bart’s have received a thank you letter and donation from Lorraine Ashton on behalf of All Saints Church, St Vincent for the gift of a missal stand.
