The flowers at St Mary’s this Easter are from Louise Simmons in memory of her mum and dad.

Many thanks to those who came along on Saturday and did a splendid job cleaning and preparing the church for Easter.

St Bart’s The next confirmation class will be 22nd April.

St Bart’s Café It has become clear from the accounts that the café is making a substantial loss in excess of £20K in 2017.  Whilst we have always been committed to supporting it, even at a small loss, a loss of this magnitude is not sustainable.  The DCC will be discussing this at the next meeting on 6 May and further details will be available to the congregation in due course.

Reminder Next Sunday 8 April is a Joint Service at St Mary’s followed by the APM & APCM.

15 April Joint Parish Eucharist at St Bart’s, president and preacher is Bishop Stephen.  Please support this as we continue to celebrate the Easter Season with our Diocesan Bishop.  Refreshments afterwards.

Nomination forms for Church Wardens, PCC & DCC members are at the back of church. These can be returned any time up to and including the day of the APCM. Please consider prayerfully if you are called to stand for any of these roles.
