Albert sent his regards to all at St Mary’s when Quintin saw him last week.

Scaffolding at St Mary’s will come down this week after the investigations concluded the alleged “infestation” was actually caused by the wind !!

St Mary Magdalene Patronal Festival

Saturday 22nd July 10am - 4pm Open Day at St.Mary Magdalene with teas and Coffee and general clear up.

Sunday 23rd July - 8am Mass

10am Joint Service - Patronal Festival with guest  peacher Sr. Judith Blackburn from the Haggeston Priory.

6pm  BCP Evening Prayer with hymns led by John King.

Next PCC meeting will be Wednesday 13 September 2017 at St Mary’s at 7.30 pm.

St Bart’s DCC meeting is 17 September at 11.45 am in the Luke Room.

St Mary’s DCC meeting is 6 September at 7.30 pm in the Parish room

St Edmunds’s DCC is on 27th September at 7.30 pm.

Thursday Lunchtime  Prayers at St  Bart’s during August

As in previous years, subject to willing lay people being available, we will aim to hold a non-Eucharistic prayer service at 12.30am at St Bart’s during August. All welcome and all contributions to the service welcome.

Mental Health Support Group at Bart’s

This is a small peer support group with additional support from a member of Community Counselling. It is NOT professional counselling nor intended to replace NHS services. Picturing the Parish The study day in September will look at St Matthew’s gospel through the lens of urban settings.  We have been asked to take a series of photographs that express what it’s like to live in East Ham.  If you’d like to get your camera out and have a go, that would be great, we can probably manage to print your photos in the office.
