In Our Prayers:

In the Diocese:  The Retired clergy, Readers and lay ministers who live and work in the Deanery of Dunmow and Stanstead.

In the Anglican Communion: The diocese of Kinshasa (Congo).

In the world: for those charged with the Brexit negotiations that they reach an agreement which protects the most vulnerable and serves the common good.

With Christian Aid: Pray that people experiencing hunger and malnutrition have nutritious food to eat.

In the Parish: those who live in Skeffington Rd, Skipsey Ave, Southchurch Rd.

The PCC and ministry team will be reflecting in the New Year on the most appropriate way to pray for the sick and this may result in some changes.

Carol Concert The CSI Malayalam Congregation invites you to 'Come and Adore Bethlehem's Treasure' a Christmas carol recital TODAY at 3.30pm.  All are Welcome – free entry.

School Visits  We welcome Latham Junior School to St Mary’s this week.

St Mary’s Cleaning and preparation morning on Saturday 15th December between 10 and 1pm.  Mulled wine and mince pies as a reward for those who can come !

Quiz Night at St Bart’s on Thursday 13th December @ 6.30pm.  Tickets are now available - £8 per person with supper included. Either come as a team or come along and make up a new team ! All are welcome.

Rectory Party Friday 14th December at 7.30pm - All are welcome.

Christmas Lunch St Bart’s Christmas lunch will be on Tuesday 18th December @ 1pm, cost is £12.  Tickets are now available via the café or parish office.

St Edmund’s Christmas Party will be on 4th January 2019.  All are welcome !

On the Way new course starting in January 2019 on Tues evenings 7.30- 9pm at St John’s Stratford.  If you’d like to join, please speak to Rev Sue.

Audrey Honey Audrey’s funeral will take place on 12 December 2018 at 12:45 at Forest Park Crematorium, Hainault. No flowers please, donations to Macular Society.  Andrew & Shirley would be happy to drop off any donations as they’re attending the funeral.
